Billing questions, answered.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Consumer plans are managed through Apple’s App Store subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Dealer plans are managed through the Stripe customer portal linked from your dealer dashboard.

How do refunds work?

Refunds for the Per Scan and Monthly Pro plans are processed by Apple or Google, since they handle billing. Use the App Store / Play Store “Report a Problem” flow. Dealer refunds are handled by us directly; email support@gradeyes.com.

Can I switch between consumer and dealer?

Yes. Cancel your consumer subscription at the store, then sign up for the dealer plan through our web checkout. We can help port your scan history — email support@gradeyes.com.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account receives three free scans — enough to try one item across all three verticals. There is no time-limited free trial for Monthly Pro; we prefer scan-quantity over time pressure.

Do you offer a multi-user dealer plan?

The Dealer plan includes a team workspace. Seat count is unlimited within a single legal entity; we don’t meter seats. Sub-account permissions and CSV-export audit logs are part of the dashboard.
